If you know the name of a clinician, you may type it in the large Search box, click on Search, and you will find contact information as well as their location on the map.  If you would like to simply search an area, click the drop down next to Search by Location.  You can choose the distance from your criteria or “By city/state/country” and a second text box will appear. You can enter a zip code or other criteria and then click on Search.
